Strengthen Your Body
To look, feel and perform at your best regular fitness training is a must. However it need not be complicated, time-consuming or extreme. Based on your goals and ability I will create a bespoke workout plan which you will be coached, motivated and encouraged through every step of the way. Each week your progress will be monitored and the challenges updated accordingly. Before long you will not only look great you will also be able to accomplish fitness feats which were simply not possible before.
Quick And Convenient
As an online personal trainer I bring the gym to you. No crowded gym floors, no queuing for equipment, no wasted travel time. All you need is a camera, internet connection and some floor space to work in. Including warm ups, cool downs and a personalised program of fitness-building exercises your workout will be done in just 30 minutes leaving you plenty of time to get on with the rest of your day. Sessions are available to anyone based in the UK who is aged 18 or over and able to exercise from home.

“When I first met Alistair in the depth of Winter 2009/10 I was in a pretty sorry state. Having recently been hospitalised with pneumonia I was weak, unfit and demoralised. Our first sessions merely illustrated my worst fears that there was going to be a long road ahead to get back a level of fitness that I would be happy with . Despite these dark days, Alistair tailored a programme for me that was challenging yet achievable, and most importantly progressive.
